At Subhaprada, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Below are some key points of our shipping policy:
1. Shipping Locations
Subhaprada ships products to all cities across India.
2. Shipping Charges
- For orders amounting to Rs. 499 and above, shipping is free.
- A nominal fee of Rs. 49 is charged for orders below Rs. 499.
3. Delivery Time
Our standard shipping duration is:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 working days.
- Non-Metro Cities: 5-7 working days.
- Remote areas: 7-10 working days.
Note: Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill number (AWB no.) and courier partner name will be sent to you via text or email. You can track the status of your package using the AWB number on the respective courier website.
5. Non-Availability on Delivery
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package up to three times before they return it to us. Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address and that someone is available to receive the package.
6. Address Changes
Post placing an order, you can change the shipping address only if the product has not been shipped already.
7. Damages
Subhaprada ensures your product is securely packaged, but in rare cases, if you do receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service immediately.
8. International Shipping
Currently, Subhaprada does not ship products outside of India.
9. Taxes & Duties
All prices on our website are inclusive of taxes. You won’t be charged extra over and above the listed prices, unless specified during checkout.
